Anger is best explained as an emotional state that varies in intensity from mild irritation, to intense fury and rage. Too Frequently ? most people respond to hard everyday situations by experiencing comparatively healthy feelings such as stress, disappointment, hurt or even fear; we reserve anger for the truly significant eventualities in life.
