Creating a Tedlar or Lesser Angel

Two powerful creatures fight over what Earth might become. In order to decide, they make a game with the lives of the humans of one city in the balance. Thus begins the story of Port City!

I am (constantly) going to be spitting hordes out left and right. While I'm not completely dry on ideas for tedlars and lesser angels, if I come up with all of them, I don't think they'll be creative enough hordes. Because of that, I made this topic.

Before you start pitching hundreds of thousands of monsters, you should know a couple things, though!

1. I love creativity! I'm not a huge fan of "conventional" creatures, as in the popular reincarnation of creatures. As such, a regular vampire that turns into a bat? Probably not going to be entered. A Werewolf? That's probably not going to be entered either. If you want to add a vampire-like enemy, give it a twist outside of the usual shtick. Especially for tedlars, if they're otherworldly and odd, I'll love them. Lesser Angels are somewhat based on religious icons, but it's perfectly fine if you want to make them somewhat otherworldly too.
   
2. There can only be so many enemies for each side before I stop letting you enter them. This is just so that the sides stay fair. I don't want the lesser angels to have tons of creatures, but then for whatever reason the tedlars have like... my original set. It would just be weird. So I will post every now and then "Not accepting Tedlars/Lesser Angels."
   
3. This thread will be used to critique creatures, but it is not meant for bashing other people's creatures. I like creative criticism and I'm not a fan of "this sucks, here's nothing to help you make it better". In my original set, I didn't balance out the monsters very well, so I am sure plenty of people are going to come in and create balance. I think it is very likely that there will be monsters that are ridiculously over powered. Because of that, I do want you guys to monitor each other. I have the final say about what goes on the page... but you can influence the creature that appears.
   
4. Your name appears on the front page with the monster! Yay, credit where credit is due! However, if you make a monster and you never come back and edit it... and then someone else takes your concept and gets that added, you'll have to share the credit.
   
5. Kindly do not copy creatures straight from other works without mentioning that it similar to a creature from some other media. I don't want to have to mediate arguments about whether you "stole" a creature, I'm just going to assume you haven't. But if you pretty much have a creature straight from an Atlus game or Sonic the Hedgehog, I'll know, and I assume most people will be able to tell if you're taking creatures straight out of other media. So please try not to do that. On the same token, not everyone's played the same subset of games. So if someone creates an enemy that's pretty similar to something in another work, please don't start yelling at them about how they're stealing.
   
6. PLEASE SAY WHETHER OR NOT THE CREATURE TRAVELS IN HORDES. For my created things, I know what they're like, but for yours I'm not sure what you want. If you create a creature that shows up in hordes and you don't write it down and I accept it, chances are I won't go back to the OOC when creating hordes to ask you if they show up in hordes. Then I maybe-sort-of ruined your creature. I don't want that! D: I am human, though, so it's pretty likely that I'll forget to check if you've entered whether or not they show up in hordes.
